- Training: We provide training for companies, individuals, and small groups on how to use machines, and we also train individuals who want to work with us or set up their own machine repair business.

Our Management Team
Our management team is a small group of certified and highly experienced individuals. The team consists majorly of four individuals who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company serving in the following capacities:
Owner/Manager – The owner/manager oversees all aspects of the organization, including finances and sales. Working with the company’s Human Resource Manager is also responsible for hiring and training employees, ensuring compliance with local laws, and managing customer relationships.
Sales Manager – The sales manager manages customer relations, including scheduling appointments and developing customer loyalty programs. The sales manager is also responsible for creating an effective marketing plan and implementing it throughout the organization’s territory.
Engineering Manager – Seeing the business has many sectors, we decided to have a general engineering manager who has under him other managers of different sectors of the business. His understanding of mechanical engineering principles and ability to apply these principles to various situations within an organization makes him a skilled hand for us in overseeing major technical solutions. Such solutions include designing equipment or systems, troubleshooting problems, projecting future needs, and producing materials needed by the different sectors.
Human Resource Manager – He is responsible for hiring, training, and maintaining the welfare of all employees within the company.
