We are a franchise of a well-known international restaurant based in Switzerland whose name we have adopted. She holds Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism management at the Université Grenoble Alpes, France. Joy’s experience working at a tourist’s focus Restaurant in Europe has exposed her to wide range of recipe from different countries.
Ademola John – is a prolific Chef who himself published one of the most widely used recipe books in Africa. He has recently concluded his MBA from the University of Liverpool, UK. His career in the restaurant space began with Intercontinental hotel, Lagos after his First degree in Food and Nutrition at the Federal University of technology, FUTA. He is the Head of our Human Resource department.
Ogudu Amaka
She is the Head of Accounting department. She studied Management and Accounting at the University of Lagos she has been a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN).
