We are one of the leading manufacturers and marketers of chocolates & confectioneries in Nigeria. Our business is well-known nationwide and internationally, with stores in all the major towns. Hollam’s products have been developed as premium, wholesome snacks for families and restaurants. Our products are sold via a franchise system to enable its members to be more profitable in opening stores. Future Prospects for us
Alongside our confectionery production, we are looking forward to creating a new category of chops in roasted meat and poultries that will be suitable for all occasions. We intend to establish a new market for chips (potato chips, plantain chips, etc.) based on our superior product quality, competitive price-value ratio, availability and accessibility. We also aim to give our consumers access to food products that can be made at home easily instead of sourcing meals from outside or buying expensive imported food items. Achieving this is achieved not only by word of mouth and planning but by using appropriate methods and technologies. Our Management Team
Our management team at Hollam’s Delectables consists of a team of graduates and M.Sc holders with sufficient knowledge and proven skills in food and nutrition technology management, business management, record keeping and marketing from registered institutions both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria. Knowing that we would need a management team capable of keeping up with the business scale, they have been carefully selected to meet the company’s needs. Their extensive experience in the production of small chops is an added advantage for the company. They include:
Mrs Jumoke Akinade is our Executive Director. She is also the owner of the business. Her over five years of singlehandedly producing small chops for schools and colleges launched her into scaling up the business into what it is today. She oversees the day-to-day activities of the business.
Mrs Seyi Edwards is our Head of Operations. She has an MBA and does her best to ensure the smooth running of business activities and production, bringing her over six years’ experience managing a restaurant in Lagos.
Mr Hassan Joshua is our HR Manager. He holds an M.Sc in Human Resources Management and has worked in the field of human resources for several years. He oversees the hiring, coordination and welfare of all the employees in the organization. He works so hard to see that we can employ top talents across all disciplines and specializations.
Mrs Omotooke Salami is our Production supervisor. She is a nutrition and Dietetics graduate with three years of experience practising in the field of nutrition. Her experience in quality control is what made our production supervisor oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of our production team alongside the quality of our products.
Mr Alex Akeboi is our Quality Control Manager. As a Food Technologist from the Federal University of Akure, FUTA, and an experienced manager at Coldstone, he helps maintain quality control standards of our products at all times.
Mr Philip Michael is our Logistics Manager. Due to our product’s nature, we must only offer delivery services to our customers. Hence, Mr Philip heads the logistics department of our organization. He and his team oversee the delivery of every order from every customer across the globe.
